Fundraiser Program Terms and Conditions
- Order Submission: All orders must be placed using the official Safety-first Kids Fundraising ONLINE PLATFORM. No additional orders can be accepted once the Master Fundraising Form is submitted.
- Order Processing: Online orders will be processed within 2-3 weeks from the completion date of the Master Fundraising completion date.
- Tax Exemption: To qualify for tax exemption, organizations must provide a valid 501(c)(3) declaration letter.
- Order Pickup: For traditional fundraisers, a Safety-first Kids Representative will contact the Fundraising Coordinator when orders are shipped to the school.
- Completion Form: The Fundraising Coordinator must sign an order completion form upon starting and completing the fundraiser.
- Fundraising Contribution: Schools/Organizations will receive a fundraising contribution of up to 40% - 50% of the total funds raised.
